COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS
Count your blessings
Start with what's in front of you
Rather you can see
Or perhaps you cannot
Rather you can hear
Or use sign language
Can you feel the smooth touch of the wind
As aroma of food
Awakens your taste buds
Vibrations of earth... rock a bye your feet
Count your blessings
For another day
For another evening another night
Let go of all hostility
Hurt, pain, anxiety
And grudges
Latch on to inner peace
For it has rhyme
And it has reason
Especially when you
Forgive yourself
Also display your forgiveness of others
